Replacement Policy

We offer a 3-Day Replacement Guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged jewellery item, you may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.

Mandatory Condition (Very Important)

  • To be eligible for a replacement, an unboxing video is compulsory

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the parcel is opened

No cuts, edits, or pauses are allowed. The jewellery must be clearly visible

The damaged part must be clearly shown in the video

❌ No unboxing video = No replacement

This rule is non-negotiable.

When Replacement Is Applicable

Replacement will be approved only if:

The jewellery item is physically damaged

The damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video

The request is made within 3 days of delivery

When Replacement Is NOT Applicable

Replacement will not be provided if:

The unboxing video is missing, edited, or unclear

Damage is reported after 3 days

The item is unused but not damaged

Damage is caused after delivery due to customer handling

Minor variations in color or design (artificial jewellery may have slight variations)
